At Acadian Windows we have a standard of work that we uphold and this standard is made possible by the Acadian Process. We are very proud to say that we even have a documented process which is followed by our trained employees, because believe it or not it’s a rarity in the construction industry. What really makes the process unique is that your home’s best interest is at the forefront of every step.

1. Discover

Here one of our expert project estimators will discuss your needs and wants, carefully reviewing the capabilities and possible limitations of available products

2. Design

Our specialist will review product designs options and features. Each team member is equipped with product samples and installation photos to help you get the exact specifications you desire.

3. Proposal

At this time, you will receive your exclusive written estimate based on the selected specifications and project scope of work.

4. Pre-Walk Through

Our measuring technician carefully walks your property taking final order measurements. He measures each individual opening, making detailed notes for our certified installation technicians. 

5. Order

All custom-building products are designed in the product ordering system using the measurements taken by our measuring technician. This order is reviewed twice prior to being released into production. Once by a plant representative and lastly by our material expeditor. This ensures complete order accuracy.

6. Review

Once materials are received; our project management team reviews your project and assigns you an installation team. Our project scheduler then coordinates an installation date that works best for you. 

7. Renovate

Our certified installers carefully perform your installation project.

8. Project Completion

You will review your completed installation project with your assigned project manager. Payment is due upon your 100% complete satisfaction.
